We are really pleased to welcome you to our academy website.
Old Trafford Community Academy is an average-sized primary school in a busy and vibrant part of Manchester wth lots going on! We are located in Trafford, close to Manchester city centre, and have over 400 children on roll. Our diversity is a real cause for celebration as our children and families come from a wide range of backgrounds.
Our children and our families are at the very heart of all that we do. Our partnership with parents, and the commitment of our staff, really allows our children to achieve well and become lifelong learners. The high quality relationships that we develop with children, parents and colleagues allows us all to feel a sense of community and belonging.
We are always very proud of the achievements of our children, and feel privileged to work wth an excellent staff team who work tirelessly to support our children, both in class and through our wide range of extended support services.
Our school's aim is to provide a curriculum that goes beyond the classroom and prepares our children for their upcoming opportunities and experiences in life. Through delivering a broad curriculum that is designed for our children in our unique context, our children can communicate their knowledge and apply their skills, making progress at each step of their learning journey.
